1. Who we are
SahyadriBlisStays ("we", "us") operates a curated collection of private villas and bungalows in Lonavala, Khandala and the surrounding Sahyadri belt. We act as the booking platform and, for several properties, as the host. Where a property is owned by a partner host, that host is responsible for the stay itself.
2. Bookings and confirmation
A booking request is only confirmed once the advance payment has been received and you receive a booking confirmation with a booking reference. Rates shown are per night for the dates selected and already include any weekend or seasonal adjustment applicable to those dates.
Availability is synced with our channel calendars. In the rare event a date becomes unavailable after a request, we will offer an alternative property or a full refund of everything paid.
3. Payments
A 25% advance is payable online at the time of booking through our payment gateway. The remaining balance is payable to the host at check-in unless stated otherwise on the property page. A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in for certain properties.
4. Check-in, check-out and ID
Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
As required under Indian law, every adult guest must present a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, passport or driving licence) at check-in. You can submit ID details in advance from your booking page. Entry may be refused where valid ID is not produced, and no refund will be due in that case.
5. Guests and occupancy
Occupancy must not exceed the maximum guest count listed for the property. Extra guests, day visitors and parties are not permitted without prior written approval, and unapproved excess occupancy can result in the stay being terminated without refund.
6. House rules
No smoking indoors, no illegal substances, and loud music must stop by 10:00 PM in line with local regulations. Pets are only allowed at properties explicitly marked pet-friendly. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings or equipment during the stay.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Liability
Guests use the property, pools, jacuzzis and outdoor areas at their own risk. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings, or for disruption caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, landslides, power or water outages, or government restrictions.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
