What we do
SahyadriBlisStays curates private villas, farmhouses and heritage bungalows across Lonavala, Khandala, Tungarli and Pawna. Rather than listing everything available, we keep the collection deliberately small so that every stay meets the same bar on cleanliness, views, water supply and on-ground support.
How a stay is put together
Availability on each villa page is synced live with the property's own calendars, so the dates you can select are dates that are genuinely open. Rates adjust automatically for weekends and peak season, and the number you see when you pick your dates is the number you pay.
A 25% advance secures the booking online; the balance is settled with the host at check-in. Cancellation refunds are calculated against that exact quote, never a different base rate.
For our hosts
Partner hosts get their own dashboard for photos, descriptions, calendar sync and earnings, while pricing rules and refunds stay with our operations team so that guests get one consistent policy across the collection.
Beyond the villa
Lonavala is best when you leave the property. Our things-to-do guide maps forts, waterfalls, lakes and viewpoints against each villa, with drive times and the seasons they are worth visiting in.
